Chimichurri is by far one of my favorite condiments, it gives any dish a jolt of fresh herb flavor that's quite unique and hard to beat. I love this recipe and make it more times than I can count throughout the year!

Ingredients
-
2 bunches fresh Cliantro
-
1 bunch fresh Italian Parsley
-
1 bunch fresh Oregano
-
1 lime
-
5 cloves fresh garlic
-
2 Tablespoons DB180 All Purpose
-
3/4 cup olive oil
-
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
-
2 teaspoons red chili flakes
Directions
Add oil and vinegar to blender.
Roughly chop the cilantro, parsley, Oregano, jalapeño, and garlic and add to the blender.
Add red chili flakes, DB180 All Purpose, and lime juice.
Use pulse function on blender or blend for few seconds at a time to avoid over blending. Consistency should be slightly chunky.
Recipe Note
This is fantastic on steak and chicken, this recipe is used in many of our other recipes! May be served immediately, but for best results chill in fridge for 1-3 hours before serving.
