Shipping policy


DB180 Premium Products ships orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding weekends and federal holidays. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We make every effort to process and ship orders the next business morning after an order is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and selected shipping method. DB180 Premium Products is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Wholesale & Made-to-Order Shipments

Wholesale orders, larger quantities, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. In some cases, products may be bottled or prepared specifically for your order, which can extend fulfillment timelines beyond standard processing.

If an order is expected to require additional time, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate this to you.

Peak Season & High-Volume Periods

During peak seasons, promotions, major holidays, competitions, or periods of high order volume, order processing and fulfillment times may be extended. While we continue to ship orders as quickly as possible, next-business-day processing is not guaranteed during these periods.

Orders will continue to be fulfilled in the order they are received, and we appreciate your patience during high-demand times.
