This is an extremely quick and easy recipe for amazing dry rubbed chicken wings. You can add to these by tossing them in different wing sauces or dipping them in ranch or blue cheese dressing. The best part about these wings is they are completely sugar free and keto friendly! A quick and easy recipe to make for dinner during the week, appetizers for potlucks, or when tailgating with your friends!

Ingredients
-
1 pound chicken wings (separated into drumettes and flats)
-
1 Quart Buttermilk
-
Frying Oil (Peanut or Corn)
-
DB180 Grill All
Directions
Preheat Oil to 375°
If wings are whole, cut wing tip off and separate at the joint that connects the drumette to the flat
Soak wings in buttermilk in a large ziplock bag for at least 30 minutes
Remove wings from buttermilk and pat dry with a paper towel
Season all sides of wings with a medium coat of DB180 Grill All
Drop wings into the oil in small batches and cook for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°
Remove and place on a cooling rack with paper towels underneath to catch excess oil. Eat crispy skinned dry rubbed wings or toss in your favorite wing sauce as desired.
Recipe Note
This is an excellent base recipe for juicy wings with a crispy skin that pairs perfectly with any sauce you may want to add.

This is my favorite wing recipe that I've used to win multiple wing competitions. This recipe is an amazing base recipe that can be modified to personal preference by tossing them in different sauces or glazes! I prefer to eat them as is with this amazing rub that gives them a perfect crispy skin!
