Dead Bird BBQ
DB180 Sweet was originally developed as a competition rib rub, because much of what Dead Bird BBQ was finding in that category wasn't sweet enough. It's more expensive because it contains sugar, maple sugar, brown sugar and dry honey! This rub is so good it has become the Dead Bird BBQ go-to BBQ Rub for competitions. DB180 Sweet shines on pork and ribs because as a rule, pork loves sugar. It is recommended to be tried on anything, salmon, pork belly burnt ends, candy bacon, baked sweet potatoes and potato salad are just some of the suggestions. Ingredients: Sugar, Brown Sugar, Salt, Paprika and other spices, Dry Molasses (can sugar, cake molasses, cane caramel color), Dehydrated Onion and Garlic, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor, Citric Acid, and not more than 1.0% Tricalcium Phosphate was added to prevent caking.
