Ingredients
3 16 oz cans Bush’s Original Baked Beans
1 sm can black beans, drained
1 sm can kidney beans, drained
1 can apple pie filling
1 sm red bell pepper, seeded &chopped
1 poblano pepper, seeded & chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & chopped
1 white onion, chopped
1 ½ c light brown sugar
1 T Dijon mustard
2 T minced garlic
¼ C DB180 Sweet Rub
1/8 C DB180 Grill All
1 bottle Spicy BBQ Sauce
3-4 lb pulled pork (can use any smoked meat)

Start by draining and rinsing your black beans and kidney beans. Chop the red bell pepper, poblano pepper, jalapenos, and white onion into small pieces. Set these colorful veggies aside.

In a large aluminum half-size deep pan, mix the three cans of Bush’s Original Baked Beans with the black beans and kidney beans. Add in the chopped peppers and onions, blending the beans and veggies for a hearty, flavorful base.
