Smoked 25 lbs of brisket Saturday using a 3 seasoning mix recommended by Will. Whole neighborhood loved it, as I barely had a sandwich worth left over. A little sweeter than my usual rubs, (head country) but came out amazing.

Both bbq sauces are great on their on. Each different with a great taste profile. Pro tip, mix them 60/40 regular to heat version. It makes a really great 3rd version we used in competition.
