A very versatile rub which works on meat, veg, popcorn, eggs. It adds just the right amount of garlic not too much, not too little. The level of spicy heat just increases the taste of the rub not burn your mouth.
I smoked these ribs with some of your Sweet Heat rub I had used this rub before on a rack of baby backs but this time I tried it on a rack of St Louis cut spare ribs
The ribs had great flavor and this rub really complimented my basting liquid (butter, Worcestershire sauce, Louisiana hot sauce,, lemon juice, and honey)
